Stellar Spritz
This variation of the Negroni was created when a bartender mistakenly added sparkling wine instead of gin. It consists of Italian bitters, sweet vermouth, and sparkling wine.
| ingredients | 1 OZ Burn 01 Sparkling Wine 1 OZ Campari, or other bitter liqueur 1 OZ Sweet Vermouth Garnish Orange peel or wheel |
